Hello and thank you for shopping at studioUBILA! We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a flexible 14-day return policy.

If, for any reason, you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply reach out to us at hello@studioubila.com. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with all the information you need to send your item back.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

For our friends in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling off period, which means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take a little longer for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for the item you want.
