2. Subject of the Contract:

This Distance Sale Contract pertains to the sale of posters by the Seller to customers through the online platform www.studioubila.com.

3. Order and Acceptance:

Customers place orders for posters on the Seller's website. The Seller acknowledges the orders and accepts them, forming a binding contract between the parties.

4. Posters and Specifications:

The Seller agrees to deliver the posters specified in the orders, and customers agree to accept and pay for them.

5. Price and Payment:

The total prices for the posters are as specified in the orders. Payments shall be made by customers through the available payment methods in their country at the time of placing the orders.

6. Delivery:

The Seller will deliver the posters to the addresses specified by customers. The delivery timeframes and any associated costs are specified in the orders.

7. Right of Withdrawal:

Customers have the right to withdraw from orders within 14 days from the date of receiving the posters, as per applicable distance selling regulations. To initiate the withdrawal process, customers are required to contact the Seller via email at hello@studioubila.com. 

8. Returns and Refunds:

In case of withdrawal, customers shall return the posters in their original condition. The Seller will issue refunds within 10 days of receiving the returned posters.

9. Quality Assurance:

The Seller assures the quality of the posters and undertakes to address any concerns or defects promptly.

10. Data Protection:

The Seller will process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Seller's website.
